Exactly - the USA has long history of multiple forms of manipulation, interference and covert military operations to create and maintain their access to resources on their terms. The USA actually is the Anglo-American Empire, with its tentacles spreading out from all the regions of the planet it has invaded, massacred and settled, like a self sprouting cancer; which this writer, H.Kowalcyk obviously loves.
