Exactly my experience of the UK system. I learnt nothing about the Irish famine, caused by the British, nothing about their atrocities in India and China, All over Africa and the invasion 'settlement' of Australia and the USA was all counted in terms of heroic explorers discovering new worlds. The vastness of the lies is breathtaking indeed.
