Dear Debra if you give yourself 2 days of attentive self pampering eg sauna, swim, sleep, aromatherapy (scents can feed us/act as appetite suppressant) , some yogic stretches and breathing exercises,, fit in a a massage a yoga class, a walk in the sunset... some music... whatever feeds your soul... you will be surprised how easy it is to have say, a delicious meal plus soup... over the course of the two days.
