BRAVO.... thank you for making this effort... Th mysterious algorithm of Medium keeps changing .... but I think publishing on one's individual account, can be a bit of a lonesome experience, especially if you ae not writing regularly and not engaging with other writers and readers .

Sending you work to a publication would probably help to get a better rate of readership.

But I think engaging with other writers and being part of the various online communities of publications would be the way to go.
