As adoring Auntie to my siblings 12 children, having happilytaken care of them , when mum was too tired/too busy/too whatever... painted their playroom, baked , drawn, taken to museums, the seaside, etc etc... it was ll on the mum's terms. When it muted them, they turned to me, and when they felt THEIR children were getting too close to Auntie, the childrne were pulled back, as whose feeling count most of all? Mummies of course !

So I say to all the childfree - beware of being used and then abandoned , with the mummies calling the tune all the time.
